Sophia Alexandria Bishop has spent her career working directly with leaders-and what that work has consistently revealed is this: who you are is how you present.
Leadership is not confined to the boardroom or the org chart. It is exercised wherever you hold authority or influence-as a parent, a colleague, a friend, a manager, a founder. And in every one of those contexts, the quality of that leadership reflects the values, beliefs, and experiences that shape the person exercising it.
This is not a theory. It is what a career of direct work with real people in real situations has made undeniable.
Most leadership development focuses on what leaders do the skills, the strategies, the behaviours that produce results. Sophia's work begins somewhere earlier: with who the leader is, and whether the practices they live are producing the leadership they intend.

The SUCCEED Framework™ was not developed from theory. It was developed from practice — from direct work with leaders and the consistent observation of what actually produces deliberate, disciplined, and high-performing leadership.
Every one of the seven practices is grounded in research and evidence. The intellectual work is Sophia’s — seven evidence-based practices integrated into a single discipline, given a mnemonic that makes them immediately retainable and a methodology that makes them immediately executable.
The SUCCEED acronym is a precision instrument. It holds a body of evidence and practice in a form that leaders can carry with them. The practices are practical, effective and sustainable — designed not as an addition to how leaders work, but as the way they work.
The seven practices cover every essential dimension of how a leader thinks, acts, and engages-in life and in leadership. They are integrated. Each one strengthens the others.
A leader who selects their circle deliberately thinks more clearly. A leader who understands themselves communicates with greater intention.
